• Workers Compensation -- Money can often be saved by reviewing the "experience modification"--an integral component in calculating workers' compensation premiums. Our fees are based upon actual savings. You pay nothing unless we reduce your premiums.



• Fee for Service -- Higger & Associates, LLC works with clients on a “consulting basis,” providing second opinions, litigation support and expert testimony as required. In addition, insurance products are placed on a “net” basis, meaning that no commissions are paid. In such cases, appropriate service fees are charged for the professional services rendered.



• Loss Adjustment and Settlement -- In the case of a loss, you may need the services of highly trained insurance claims professionals in addition to your insurance broker. Higger & Associates, LLC has a network of excellent claims handling professionals that we can refer to you. Included are forensic accountants, appraisers, adjusters, and cleaning services.
