Ronald McDonald House

Among several other programs, The Ronald McDonald House provides a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children who are receiving treatment at nearby hospitals. Some children need to travel great distances to get the medical attention they need. The Ronald McDonald House provides a comfortable, supportive alternative to costly hotels or hospital reception areas for these families. It serves as a temporary residence near the medical facility where family members can sleep, eat, relax and find support from other families in similar situations.

Over the years, Higger & Associates, has helped to raise more than $300,000 for Ronald McDonald House. We have accomplished this with the invaluable help of our friends, colleagues and partners.

The Prostate Cancer Foundation

The Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) is the world's largest philanthropic source of support for prostate cancer research. Founded in 1993, the PCF has raised more than $210 million and provided funding for prostate cancer research to more than 1,100 researchers at 100 institutions worldwide. The PCF has a simple, yet urgent goal: to find better treatments and a cure for recurrent prostate cancer. The Icla da Silva Foundation, Inc.

The Icla da Silva Foundation, Inc. is a non profit organization, now in its 12th year of operation. The foundation was established in 1992 for the purpose of bone marrow donor recruitment and to provide assistance to families with children suffering from leukemia. Higger & Associates, LLC is a strong supporter of the Icla da Silva Foundation. Besides contributing towards their Annual Fundraising Awards Reception, we also placed an ad in the Event's journal wishing the foundation continued success in all its endeavors.
